You can see there are three main parts: the flow meter (it can be turbine flow meter or mag flow meter), the solenoid valve and the white box (there are remote display and PLC unit inside the white box).
Meanwhile, there are some SS304 pipe lines, they are used for connection of the three main parts together and then connect the BCS to your pipe line.
Concerning the flow meter, if it is water or oils or solvents, we usually suggest you choose our turbine flow meter. It is enough workable for these fluids, at the same time, it is much cheaper than mag flow meter.
Concerning the solenoid valve, if you have it, we will not offer it, you can use yours, we will teach you how to connect it with the white box thru the wires, so that it can work smoothly. If you don’t have it, we will offer for you and connect the wires by ourselves.
Concerning the white box, it looks like the brain of the BCS.
For example, if you want to get 100L water, we will set the turbine flow meter with the range of 100L. When there are 100L water passing, the turbine flow meter will send 20mA signal to the white box. In the white box, the PLC unit will read the 20mA signal and send another type of signal to the solenoid valve, then the solenoid valve will close very shortly. That is why the water will stop automatically when you get 100L.
If you want to get another 100L water again, you can see there is a START button, just press it and then the BCS will work and stop until you get the 100L water.
Of course, you can set any volume, such as 10L, 100L or 1000L, etc
